Boys & Girls • Ages 8U through High School

We group players by grade and experience, ensuring everyone is challenged and having a blast!

• !!!!New 8U – K - 1st & 2nd Grade ⏰ 9:00am – 11:00am
• 10U – 3rd & 4th Grade
• 12U – 5th & 6th Grade
• 14U – 7th & 8th Grade
• High School – 9th through 11th Grade

🎒 What to Bring?

New to Lacrosse? No problem!

• No equipment required
• Soft lacrosse balls provided
• Loaner sticks available - loaner equipment for older players available
• Perfect for beginners ready to discover the sport!
• 8U you only need a stick and mouthpiece!!!

Experienced Players:

Bring your full gear, including:

• Helmet / goggles
• Stick
• Gloves
• Pads
• Mouthpiece & protective cup (required)

Everyone:

• Plenty of water 💧
• Snacks for breaks 🍎
