Who we are

I have been coaching in the Sacramento area since 2016. Thanks to my son AJ, I started with the Folsom Lacrosse Association youth program, eventually coaching the FLA High School team. I was the club president for two years and operations manager for the last two seasons. Now, I have been coaching with Vista Del Lago High School since 2022, Advnc Sacramento since 2019, and I started coaching at the Roseville Youth Lacrosse Club where I continue to coach my son James.

I am Coach Dom's wife. I have been on this lacrosse ride with him and our two sons since 2014. I fell in love with watching my kids play lacrosse and watching Coach Dom coaching not only our boys but the many kids in the community along the way. I am here to keep everything in order and help things run smoothly.
