8U and 10U Sundays
Gear Up for the Fastest Game on Two Feet! 🥍
Whether your player is a "first-timer" or a "lax-lifer," our 8U and 10U programs are officially open.
Forget standing in long lines or listening to lectures. We’ve cracked the code on the perfect practice: 90 minutes of pure, high energy fun and learning.
⚡ The 45/45 Formula ⚡
We know kids want to move, so we’ve ditched the "boredom" and doubled down on the "fast." Every session is split into two action-packed halves:
- Part 1: The Skills Sprint (45 Mins) We turn fundamental training into a playground. From "Scoop & Run" relays to rapid-fire shooting drills, we build stick skills through high-speed challenges that keep their heart rates up and smiles wide.
- Part 2: The Game Zone (45 Mins) It’s time to unleash! We dive straight into modified, fast-paced games where players can test their new moves in a real-world (but low-pressure) environment. It’s all the thrill of the game with maximum ball touches for everyone
